The SPIN team would like to offer our sincerest gratitude to the Scleroderma Association of British Colombia for their generous $10,000 contribution to the SPIN-SHARE project.

SPIN is in the process of testing its first online intervention and plans to go on to develop and test many others. The first intervention is scheduled to be available to the public in the summer of 2018. Creating this intervention was an enormous feat, and we are extremely proud of what everybody involved has accomplished. However, when testing is over, we will be entering a new phase with new challenges. SPIN’s goal has always been to give access to the online toolkits it develops to members of the scleroderma community, free of charge. To achieve this, SPIN is creating the SPIN-SHARE foundation, with the purpose of maintaining and providing access to SPIN interventions in the post-research phase.

With the Scleroderma Association of B.C.’s donation, we will be able to cover the basic costs of hosting and maintaining our first online intervention for an entire year! We are thrilled at the support that the scleroderma community had shown the SPIN-SHARE project and we are moved that the Scleroderma Association of B.C. wishes to contribute funds.
