About the SPIN-CHAT Webinars

Thanks to the success of the SPIN-CHAT (COVID-19 Home-isolation Activities Together) Program, SPIN offered 11 weekly webinars of SPIN-CHAT's educational segments. Each covered a different topic related to coping during COVID-19. Although the SPIN Team made the difficult decision to cancel webinar #6-11, due to low attendance, recordings of our first 5 webinars will remain accessible via our Youtube Playlist. Thank you to all who attended our past webinars!

WEBINAR RESOURCES: Access the SPIN-CHAT materials and resources for each session free-of charge, for tools to reduce anxiety, and tools to support maintaining a daily routine, healthy information management, staying connected with others, and being as physically active as possible!
