Ann Tyrrell Kennedy is President of the Federation of European Scleroderma Associations (FESCA aisbl), an umbrella organization that brings together 23 scleroderma support and advocacy associations from 18 EU countries.

The different medical systems, disease awareness levels, and financial support structures of these countries offer opportunities to explore different ways of handling the many diverse manifestations of the disease.
