Geneviève Guillot was born in Trois-Rivières and now lives in Montreal and two sons. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Université Laval in Québec City, and has been working in the pharmaceutical industry since 1997. Genevieve was diagnosed with scleroderma in 2006. Since receiving her diagnosis, she has been a committed member of Sclérodermie Quebec, acting as spokesperson for their charity events and producing video testimonials for patients. She participated in the Mirabel edition of the “Walk in the Park for Scleroderma” fundraising event in June of 2017. Soon after, Genevieve joined the SPIN team as a member of the Patient Advisory Board, where she has been involved in the support group leaders and physical activity projects.
